Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
done99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. done99 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits submitted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to a Player's done99 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. done99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside done99's control.
Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. done99 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. done99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
